 Flower care & Handling:  Upon arrival of your fresh flowers follow the following steps to ensure freshness and to maintain flower quality.

  • carefully remove all packaging materials and cut away straps (be sure not to cut stems or blooms)
  • prepare  vase or similar container with about six inches of water (one vase for each bouquet)
  • you will receive enough flower food packate with your shipment. add one half of flower food packet to each vase of water
  • mix flower food in water, this will allow flowers to properly hydrate and gives added nutrients to flowers
  • use special flower cutter that arrives with your package to cut one inch off of the bottom of the stems, this will create a fresh surface for flowers to absorb water
  • immediately after cutting, place the bunch of flowers in the prepared vases of water
  • allow flowers at least four hours to hydrate.
  • keep flowers in a cool area directly away from sunlight. Flowers should be kept at a temperature between 35-75 degrees fahrenheit.
  • BOUQUETS - hand tied bouquets are already prepared (no need to clean stems), cut one inch from bottom of stem and place in prepared vase - one bouquet per vase.
  • CORSAGE-BOUTONNIERE - place in refrigerator immediately upon arrival
  • BULK FLOWERS - need a bigger container of about ten inches of water, add entire packet of flower food to water. remove any stems that will touch water line. cut and place in prepared water.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order up to four weeks prior to your delivery date at no cost. Cancellation made within four weeks of delivery date will incur a fixed cost of $100.00.  All deposits made on your account will be refunded within four weeks of cancellation. We are unable to cancel orders that are already shipped and en route.

Shipping Policies: Our standard shipping method is via FedEx for next day delivery. We will send you and email confirmation with tracking number once your order is shipped. We offer FREE shipping on all internet orders within the contnental U.S. only and for orders shipped Mondays through Thursdays for next day delivery. Orders shipped on Fridays for Saturday delivery will be charged the actual weekend cost charged by the carrier. 

Return Policy: Providing exceptional customer service is our #1 goal this is why we are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs and you are dissatisfied for any reason simply contact our office to receive instructions at 305-477-5008. We cannot be responsible for shipments made to incorrect address submitted, unsuccessful deliveries if recipient is not available to receive shipment, product quality due to improper handling.
